TRIGGER POINT WORK:

In the Trigger Point Work course, the student will learn the physiology of a trigger point, along with proper technique. This will better enable the student to appropriately handle trigger points that may or may not refer to different areas of the body.

Level 1: 4 hours lecture and 4 hours of lab
